miss perham, Miss Perham's Outstanding Teen, & miss heart of the lakes

The Miss Perham Scholarship Organization has been active for almost 30 years and is a leading achievement and scholarship program for some of Minnesota's most accomplished young women.

The Miss Perham title is a "closed" title; So besides being between 17 & 24, you must be a student or graduate of Perham High School to be eligible to compete.

In 2004, the program welcomed a new title, Miss Heart of The Lakes, and crowned Karyn Stordahl, who would go on to win the title of Miss Minnesota.

The Miss Heart of The Lakes title is "open" to any young woman between the ages of 17-24 who lives, works full time, or is a full time student in the state of Minnesota.

Both titleholders advance to the Miss Minnesota Pageant where they compete with young women from across the state for the title of Miss Minnesota, an official preliminary pageant to the Miss America Pageant!
